EXHIBIT INFORMATION

Exhibit spaces are located in the main conference foyers at the Doubletree by Hilton. There are approximately 40 spaces available for exhibitors.

In order to maximize your profile and networking opportunities, we will also use these spaces for the coffee breaks and the reception.

What you receive: 

  • Display Space (approximately 8’ x 10’) 
  • One skirted table and two chairs
  • Power (access to electrical outlet)
  • One complimentary registration and all subsequent registrations at a reduced rate
  • Your organization will be featured as an Event Exhibitor on the NATCON website, with a link to your home page 
  • Your exhibitor listing will be given profile in the Event Agenda
