More information

Workshops

Workshop presentations are ninety minutes (1.5 hours) in length.

Roundtables

Roundtable presentations (also known as “Cracker Barrels”) are made concurrently at round tables that are set up in one large room. Each Roundtable presenter will repeat his/her presentation twice (2 times) within a seventy-five minute (1.25 hour) time block on Tuesday, January 20, 2009.

Delegates will have received descriptions of the presentations when they register, allowing them to review the choices and decide which presentations they would like to hear. Delegates will have the opportunity to participate in two Roundtable presentations within this timeframe.

Due to the format of the Roundtable presentations, the presenters use little or no audio-visual equipment, although a battery-run laptop computer works well. It is recommended that presenters have printed material on hand to distribute to their audience. This is a very dynamic session where people are able to make connections and gather a lot of information in a short period of time.
